Some IPTV providers use time-limited playlist tokens that expire every 24–72 hours for security or anti-sharing purposes. When the token expires, the M3U link stops working. Renew your playlist regularly, or use a provider (recommended by Glanfy) that supports auto-refreshing URLs and permanent tokens.
